Upgrading generator set and controls

These days, it has become increasingly difficult for operators of early model gen sets to source replacement parts not only for their older model engine but also for the electronic control that was originally installed with it. Many OEMs no longer support the analog control system that was installed, which makes it difficult for an operator to maintain a proper inventory of spare parts. Often, the only option offered by the OEM is to repair the part, which can take several weeks, and cost nearly half of the retail price new (which has a 14 week lead time or more). Our solutions bring new life to older engines and increase reliability of operation when the generators are called upon for emergency or peaking needs. Our solutions include standby and paralleling applications utilizing the latest digital Generator Set Controls. Our engine and switchgear / controls are designed for low and medium voltage applications.
