lister petter hsl 15 Air cooled engine, one, two, three cylinder, direct injection, diesel engine with mechanical fixed speed governor, fitted with replaceable oil, fuel and air filter assembles. Engine shut down protection for low oil pressure. The engine is suitable for high ambient temperature operation. Heavy duty batteries are fitted for key start/stop operation with charging system and battery ammeter. A brushless self-exciting self-regulating alternator is close coupled to the engine by a steel flange housing and driven through a flexible coupling. The alternator has drip proof air ducts with tropically insulted windings to class H. Voltage regulation under full load is plus or minus 1.5%.• One, two and three cylinder, direct injection, naturally
   aspirated air cooled diesel fuelled engines.
• Standard oil and fuel filters.
• Medium duty air cleaner.
• 12 volt electric starting (not fitted to hand start units).
• Energised to run fuel solenoid (not fitted to hand start units).
• Industrial type exhaust silencer.
