The Titan and Giant series of diesel gensets are powered by Perkins and MTU diesel engines. The Titan serie are available as open skid gensets, enclosed soundproofed gensets and trailer soundproofed gensets. The Giant serie are available as open skid gensets This Perkins Powered diesel open frame generator set is suitable for continous use and has plenty of power to your job site or business. This unit operates at 1500 RPM. and in a 20ft ISO certified container.

Standard Titan and Giant series diesel generator packages include:
Perkins radiator cooled 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 or 16 cylinders, diesel engine, close-coupled to a Leroy Somer or Stamford generator complete with integral base frame with single wall fuel tank, pusher fan, battery cables and hold-down, vibration isolators, 24-volt electric starter motor and battery charge system, fuel control solenoid (energized to run type), air cleaner, PERKINS or MTU engine gensets mounted in a 20ft ISO container. They are easy to operate, have simple routine maintenance and require minimal supervision. These features make them the obvious choice for rental companies. engine exhaust muffler, belt guard, mechanical fuel lift pump, oil drain valve, and circuit breaker. An electronic governor is standard on the 110 kVA and larger sets, it is an option on the smaller sets powered with Perkins 403C-11, 403C-15, 404C-22, 3.1524, 1.004G, 1.004 TG1 and 1.004 TG2 engine.

1.000 mbar, 25ºc, 30% relative humidity. Rating according to ISO 3046.

P.R.P. PRIME POWER - ISO 8528: prime power is the maximum power available during a variable power sequence, which may be run for and unlimited number of hours per year, between stated maintenance intervals. The permissible average power output during a 24 hours period shall not exceed 80% of the prime power. 10% overload available for governing purposes only.

STAND BY POWER (ISO 3046 FUEL STOP POWER): power available for use at variable loads for limited annual time (500h), within the following limits of maximum operating time: 100% loads 25h per year - 90% loads 200h per year. No overload available. Applicable in case of failure of the main in areas of reliable electrical network.

MTU powered diesel genset units rated from 710 kVA – 2.134 kVA. The gensets are close coupled to a Leroy Somer or Stamford alternators and mounted on heavy duty fabricated steel type baseframe’s or housed within acoustic enclosures or a 20ft container giving noise reductions to suit yor requirements.
