Condition of Sales.

All equipment is subject to prior sale or withdrawal from sale. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change. Used equipment is sold strictly AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller.

Machinery descriptions are intended as a guide and the accuracy is not guaranteed. It is the users responsibility to provide proper devices and equipment to conform to all applicable environmental and health and safety regulations, and recommendations from the manufacturer. All information should be confirmed by Purchaser.

Terms of Payment.

All equipment must be paid in full prior to shipment.

Payment may be made via Bank Wire Transfer or Telegraphic Transfer.

Drafts, checks, money orders and cashiers checks are acceptable, equipment will be shipped only when Funds are cleared.
