MBT 5111, Exhaust gas temperature sensorsThe MBT 5111 is a heavy-duty Exhaust gas temperature sensors that can be used for measuring and regulating exhaust gas from Marine Diesel Engine Applications,  Compressor stage temperatures, Boiler Plant, Turbine exhaust gas temperature (TGT / EGT). This temperature sensor is based on a type K thermo couple, which measures temperatures up to 800 °C. Danfoss temperature sensors have a good reputation for performance and reliability.

The MBT 5111 is a heavy-duty temperature sensor that can be used for measuring and regulating exhaust gas from diesel engines, turbines and compressors within stationary and marine applications. This temperature sensor is based on a type K thermo couple, which measures temperatures up to 800 °C. The slim construction gives a short reaction time of t0,5 = 15 sec. in water. All parts in contact with the media are made of stainless steel AISI 316 Ti. The sensor is delivered with a 6 m compensation cable as standard.

 MBT 5113, Exhaust gas temperature sensors

The MBT 5113 is a heavy-duty Engine Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensors. Maximizing engine performance can be aided by the accurate measurement of exhaust gas temperature (EGT). Danfoss  manufactures EGT thermocouples known for their low price and rugged design for a wide variety of engines. The measuring insert can be changed even while operating the engine.The MBT 5113 is a heavy-duty temperature sensor that can be used for measuring and regulating exhaust gas from diesel engines, turbines and compressors within stationary and marine applications. This temperature sensor is based on a type K thermo couple, which measures temperatures up to 800 °C. The measuring insert can be changed even while operating the application. All parts in contact with the media are made of stainless steel AISI 316 Ti. The sensor is delivered with B-head as standard and, if needed, a transmitter (MBT 9110) can be ordered as an integrated part of the sensor.

MBT 5116, Exhaust gas temperature sensors

The MBT 5116 is a heavy-duty temperature sensor that can be used for measuring and regulating exhaust gas from diesel engines, turbines and compressors within stationary and marine applications. The Pt100 element is a thin film element specially designed for heavy-duty applications up to 600 °C.

MBT 5250, Temperature sensors

The MBT 5250 is a heavy-duty temperature sensor that can be used for controlling cooling water, lubrication oil, hydraulic oil and refrigeration plants within general industry and marine applications. The MBT 5250 can be delivered with NTC/PTC elements on request. The measuring insert is based on a silicone cable, which makes the sensor very resistant towards vibrations. All parts in contact with the media are made of stainless steel AISI 316 Ti.

MBT 5252, Temperature sensors

The MBT 5252 is a heavy-duty temperature sensor that can be used for controlling cooling water, lubrication oil, hydraulic oil and refrigeration plants within general industry and marine applications. This temperature sensor is based on a standardized Pt100 or Pt1000 element, which gives a reliable and accurate measurement. The MBT 5252 can be delivered with NTC/PTC elements on request. If needed, a transmitter (MBT 9110) can be ordered as an integrated part of the sensor. In the low temperature version (-50 °C to +200 °C) the measuring insert is based on a silicone cable, which makes the sensor very resistant towards vibrations.This group of products includes sensors for the measurement of temperature in the marine industry. MBT 5310, Temperature sensors for bearings

The MBT 5310 is a marine approved temperature sensor specially designed for measuring bearing temperatures. To get a very short reaction time the measuring element is placed on a silver plate in the tip of the sensor, which results in a reaction time of down to t0,5 = 0,5 sec. in water. The sensor is fitted with an adjustable bayonet coupling and a spring, which ensures metallic contact between bearing and sensor at all times.The MBT 5310 series bearing temperature sensor provides, fast and accurate readings from bearings, blocks, and other solids. The spring-loaded holder ensures solid contact in drilled holes. The sensing probe features a silver plate in the tip for quick response to temperature changes. By monitoring the temperature of bearing you can protect the equipment from critical failure caused by overheating. Danfoss Bearing Temperature Sensor enables operators to continually monitor the bearing temperature and preventing, material backups, downtime and emergency maintenance.

MBT 5410, Room temperature sensors

The MBT 5410 is a heavy-duty temperature sensor that can be used for controlling freezing installations and room temperature within general industry and marine applications. MBT 5560, Temperature sensors with built-in transmitter and marine approvals

The MBT 5560 programme is especially designed to withstand the harsh marine environment and is thus extremely robust, while still compact in design. It is especially resistant to shock and vibration. All parts in contact with the media are made of acid resistant stainless steel, hence allowing the sensor to be installed on a broad variety of media.With MBT 5560 we have combined the technology of our standard temperature sensors and the electrical connections from the MBS pressure transmitters with a new developed electronics which has resulted in a compact temperature sensor with a built-in transmitter.  Available with a wide selection of process and electrical connections. Can be delivered with a 33 mm extension length which makes it possible to measure temperatures up to 200°C without damaging the built-in electronics.
