• AMSA, Australian Maritime Safety Authority is a largely self-funded government agency with the charter of enhancing efficiency in the delivery of safety and other services to the Australian maritime industry.
• Equasis Ship Search    Equasis aims at collecting and disseminating quality and safety-related information on the world’s merchant ships provided to it by holders of such information.

• Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre MRCC Goteborg Sweden The Swedish MRCC, Sweden Rescue, is located in Gothcnburg together with the Swedish ARCC (Aeronautical Rescue Co-Ordination Centre), the Swedish Coastguard and the Defence Forces Navy Control.
• Royal National Lifeboat Institution  The RNLI is a charity that provides a 24-hour lifesaving service around the UK and Republic of Ireland.
• Swedish Maritime Administration Swedish Maritime Administration is a public enterprise within the transport sector. SMA works to keep the sea lanes open and safe. SMA primary tasks include responsibility for providing infrastructural services in the form of safe and accessible fairways. Swedish waters include some 6,300 nautical miles of fairways, ranging from commercial fairways to fairways mostly used by the leisure boat traffic, which are maintained by the Swedish Maritime Administration or other stakeholders.
