Danfoss Boiler Thermostats
Danfoss thermostats for control and monitoring of liquids are well suited for oil burner applications. The programme includes:
- Immersion tube thermostats with single and dual function.
- Boiler thermostats, high limit thermostats, dual thermostats and safety temperature limiters, meeting safety demands and temperature ranges in all applications.
- Surface thermostats for supervision of the temperature in tanks and tubes.
Oxygen sensor range (From a fully accredited ISO 9001 company)
MF420-O The robust oxygen measuring system
- For the automatic control of furnaces with high waste gas temperatures (up to 450° C).
- The bar probe is pluggable, easy to replace and available in 220, 400 and 800 mm length.
- The electronics are located in a stable aluminium housing.
- Dissipators mounted on the sides of the device ensure optimal heat dissipation.
- Output 4-20 mA and 0-10 V.
- Standard measuring range 0.1 to 25% by vol. oxygen +- 2% measuring range limit.
MF010-O The TÜV-certified oxygen measuring system
- Positive certification of its fault-proofness by the Technical Inspectorate (TÜV) of Southern Germany No. A339 in conformity with DIN VDE0116 and EN298.
- For automatic control of furnaces up to a waste gas temperature of 250° C with high safety requirements.
- The bar probe is pluggable, easy to replace and available in either 220 or 400 mm length.
- The electronics are located in a stable aluminium housing.
- Output optionally 4-20 mA or 0-10 V.
- Standard measuring range 0.1 to 25% by vol. oxygen +- 2% measuring range limit.
MF010-O-LC The low-cost alternative to MF010-O
- For the automatic control of furnaces up to a waste gas temperature of 250° C.
- Particularly suitable for measuring oxygen in areas that are not easily accessible or in closed systems (ventilation pipes, containers etc.).
- The bar probe is available in 220 or 400 mm length and is not pluggable.
- Since the electronics are accommodated in a waterproof plastic housing, the device can be mounted outdoors.
- Output optionally 4-20 mA or 0-10 V.
- Standard measuring range 0.1 to 25% by vol. oxygen +- 2% measuring range limit.
